For stays in an apartment, a one-time final cleaning fee of €100.00 will be charged.

All prices are subject to the local tourist tax.

Dogs are allowed on request, at a cost of 25 euros per day (meals not included), and are not permitted in the breakfast room. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

4 overnight stays and you only pay for 3 days! If you spend 3 days with us, we will give you day number 4 for free and if you spend 6 days with us, we will give you 2 extra days at no additional cost.

The same 3+1 and 6+2 offer is valid also for the purchase of your skipass.

Cancellation policy

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.

For cancellations made 20 or less days before expected arrival or early departure, the following penalties apply (% of the total booking value):

  • 21 or more days prior to arrival 0%
  • from 20 to 8 days prior to arrival 50%
  • from 7 days prior to arrival or no show 100%

In case of a of timely cancellation, the deposit will either be credited or refunded to you for a future stay, as you prefer.
