For us, sustainability begins with responsibility. As one of South Tyrol's oldest inns, Cavallino d'Oro has witnessed more than seven centuries of history. Generation after generation has cared for this house, preserved its character and passed it on. Sustainability therefore goes beyond environmental awareness.
